CT ABDOMEN (with oral and IV contrast) REVEALED:
The liver shows shrunken cirrhotic pattern, yet no obvious focal hepatic lesions or dilated bile ducts are seen.
The spleen was surgically removal.
Normal CT features of the pancreas, aorta and IVC.
Both kidneys show normal CT features, with good excretory function.
No abdominal or pelvic lymphadenopathy.
Massive ascites is noted.
IMPRESSION:
Shurrenked cirrhotic liver.
Massive ascites.
