Evidence of posterior bulging of the C4-C5 & C5-C6 disc levels, yet the ventral epidural fat is still preserved.
Other scanned discs show normal CT appearance.
No evidence of neural foramina stenosis are seen
Normal CT appearance of facet joints.
No para-vertebral soft-tissue masses or collections.
No bony cervical rib .
